I have multiple databases that I use individually but
would like to connect them via menus and submenus. How do
I tell access within a menu to connect to another
databases' menu or switchboard. The version of access I
use is XP 2002. Thanks

It would probably be easiest to build one mdb file that contains all the
necessary forms reports etc, and has attached tables to your various
databases (File | Get External | Link).

If you want to programatically close and open another database, go to
www.trigeminal.com, and get a copy of michka's TSOON utility (Trigeminal
Shut One, Open Next).
