Connecting a Nintendo Wii through a Tuner Card

My friend is investing in a nintendo Wii, and would like to connect it and play it on his desktop computer. He is wondering what he will need and what tuner card would be the best choice (features wise) for connecting the Wii to his comp. One he looked at was (http://snipurl.com/18pet).
