How do you connect to Internet using IE 5,5.5 on PCs on a
LAN OS NT4 when one PC on LAN is OS W2000Pro and connected
to Internet by dialup or cable? Assume since all PCs can
see each other that they should be able to connect thru
the LAN to the W2000 machine which is connected to
Internet. All machines have fixed IP addresses. Any
suggestions?

You have to enable ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on the
Win2000 PC. The other machines must then use DHCP. The
process is described in detail in the Windows Help files
(start / run / Search tab) under "Internet Connection Sharing".
