Confused about Administrator account

Recently upgraded from 98 SE to XP Pro. In 98 I set up and then deleted a
user profile for my daughter. Her name remained in the registry and it then
transferred itself as the "main/default" account in XP Pro.

A couple of questions around this issue (sorry if the following seems
convoluted). I set up a profile for each member of my family including
myself (with admin rights). Under Computer Management - Local Users and
Groups, I saw my daughter's old (98) username under the "Name" column and my
first name (as I set up for my profile) under the "Full Name" column. Under
"Name", I changed my daughter's name to mine followed by the number 1.
Here's the thing, this account is described as the upgraded account from 98.
I see "Administrator" at the top of the Local User and Group window. In the
Logon/Welcome screen my profile name is the one I've entered under "Full
Name". If I press CTRL/ALT/DLT twice, I see my name with the addition of the
#1 (as entered under "Name").

Now that I've confused the hell out of everyone, which account is the
Administrator account? Is it the CTL/ALT/DLT X2? If so, why do I see
"Administrator" under the Local Users and Groups heading. Finally, is my
profile on the Logon screen which has administrator rights one that I can
remove the Admin rights from (for virus/trojan security) and use normally and
do the CTRL/ALT/DLT when I need to do administrative tasks?

Thanks

CAD at the welcome screen shows the last user to use it. Nothing to do with administrators. Anyone can use it.

If you go to Control Panel - User Accounts you will see an icon for each
user account, noting its status - maybe 'Computer Administrator'

Once you have a user account with this status, the 'master' one called
'Administrator' is hidden to be kept in reserve. You can access it from
a Safe Mode boot, or in Pro by hitting Ctl-Alt-Del twice at Welcome and
entering it explicitly in the old style logon
