Conformation Prompt

Hi,

Comming Directly to question,

When I am trying to delete a selected block of text I am
being asked for a comformation " No/(Yes) " on the Status Bar in bottom left
side.

Even when I am trying to change the case of the selected text
I am getting the same comformation prompt " 1 - Uppercase, 2 - Lowercase ".

Can the community help me disable that conformation prompt.
I am working on Windows 2000/MS Word 2000.

In Word, click on Tools | Options | General | uncheck the two boxes for
WordPerfect help and navigation | OK.
