Im using windows xp with word 2000 and sending
compressed,password protected files to a friend who is
using windows 98 and winzip. She cannot open the
compressed password protected file. It is necessary for
the files to be zipped and pasword protected. We are
unsure what needs to be changed. Could the conflict be
in her older word program or with winzip conflicting with
the xp compressed folder? If not then what?

time posting and could'nt find any newsgroup that
appeared to suit the problem. Also, hope I can find this
