Conflict with Outlook 2003 Pro & Symantec Internet Security Anti-s

There is a MAJOR problem in Outlook 2003 Professinal when also using Symantec
Internet Security Professional 2004 and the anti-spam add-in.

If there are multiple users of the computer on which both programs are
installed and you switch users (Windows-L) and open Outlook 2003, the program
fails. Closing the program and re-opening it resoleves the crash but leaves
the Anti-spam add-in unselected. If you try to enable the anti-spam add-in,
Outlook will not allow you to do it.

If you then swithch to the original user, the same problem exists BUT the
anti-spam add-in IS selected and may be configured to be active or inactive.

PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!

It is Symantec's problem to fix, NOT Outlook. If you remove the Symantec
NIS program, does Outlook function normally? Yes? Then it is Symantec's
problem to fix - I suggest you visit their knowledge base to search for the
solution.
