confirmation not working

I have a form on a page that sends email fine, but the page resets after
submittal instead of going to the confirmation page I specify. Even when I
eliminate the confirmation page destination field it just resets.

I used the same page in another web on a different web server and I don't
have the problem. Where do I go from here?

I've determined that the culprit server is not sending the email either. It
doesn't have the 2002 extentions like the server that is working. The 2002
extensions add the "sharepoint administrator". Is this necessary for the
form and email to work?

Yes, extensions are necessary for the form and for the form to send the email

As for Sharepoint Administrator, I think you find that it says Sharepoint "or" FrontPage Extended
web site.
