Confirm please, can I access Hotmail Plus through Outlook 2003

This is a simple question which I cannot find a simple answer to. I want to
access my Hotmail account through Outlook 2003 - can I do this if I subscribe
to Hotmail Plus?

I don't know if it helps but I have a hotmail account used through outlook.
It's not hotmail plus.
