Configuring two networks connections on same computer

I work in an office with my company newtwork with an
Outlook server and my private network and internet
connection.

I have WinXP Pro and 2 NICs with a network connection in
each one. I want to set up my Outlook to only address the
co. network and keep my private network for everthing
else.

I can disable my private network NIC and login to
Outlook, than enable my private network and all works as
I wish but I would like to do this seemlessly so I can
Remote Desktop and have it all working.
