Configuring the XP fax driver

I decided to finally use the fax capability of my all-in-
one fax/scanner/printer. However a fax driver is not
installed on my machine.

Per the XP "HELP" instructions, I have to load this
option from my XP CD-ROM disc. The problem is that I got
XP with my machine and got a "recovery" disc with XP on
it.

When I install this disc, the file that XP is searcing
for is not there. Numerous attempts to contact Microsoft
Support for information have not been successful. Any
help in this matter will be appreciated

Seems to me you should be asking the manufacturer of your "all in one
fax/scanner/printer," not Microsoft.
