Configuring "Save As" locations in Word

Is there a way to configure the "save in" list of folder locations on the
left hand side of the "Save As" window in MS Word?
 
Tools, Options, File Locations, modify the Documents Locations. That should
do it for you.
This is for 2003 and prior, may differ for 2007.
