Configuring outlook 2003

Thanks in advance. can someboy help me to configure
Outlook 2003... or give me thread how I can get all mails
e.g. from yahoo,hotmail and verizon...

You won't be able to download any Yahoo or Hotmail emails into Outlook
unless you have paid a subscription.

I have done it on my out look it was working fine for few days . now it is
not working what subscription you need to pay?
On POP3 I put : mail.pop3hot.com
Please advice
