Configuring Multiple Hotmail Accounts

I have two Hotmail and two Earthlink accounts that I want to view using Outlook 2003. I have one Earthlink and one Hotmail account set and running, but I can't seem to get the other Earthlink or other Hotmail account to connect. The Hotmail account says it cannot connect to the server, but my other Hotmail account connects without any problems. Can I only have one Hotmail account configured

Another problem I have is writing a new email. If I try to select the account to send it from, a window pops up and says "Unable to complete the operation. A fatal error has occurred in Outlook." There is an "Ok" button that I click, then the same window pops up and I have to click "Ok" again, but I can't compose and send a new email. Can anyone help? Thank you for the time.

Yes, offically Microsoft only supports 1 Hotmail account. But creating more
works for some but doesn't for others. I've succesfully configured 3 Hotmail
accounts in Outlook without doing something special. Worked for me in
Outlook 2002 as well. The only "special" thing I have is that I have
configured Hotmail not to connect on startup and automatically check for
messages. I simply click on the Inbox and it synchronises; works a lot
faster and doesn't cause you Outlook to "hang" occasionally.
