configure display card for each user on xp switch-user

I have two monitor with two display card. can I cofigure that one user
(on XP switch-user) got one monitor and another user when is switch
to, it got the second monitor (no moltiple monitor)?
 
If you are using NVidea or ATI dual display you can do this by setting a
profile
