Config in 2.0

When I move an app to production I always have to change my config file. In
the 2.0 framework I suddenly have two config files:
SearchEngine.exe.config
SearchEngine.vshost.exe.config

What is the vshost file for?
 
What is the vhost file doing in my release directory? It makes sense in the
debug directory.
So the vhost file doesn't need to be deployed?
