Conference room booking form?

Hi Florian

Our Company had the same request, and what we decided to
do was use "Resources" in Outlook.. All you need to do
for it, is create an account for each meeting room, and
then grant everyone access to the room. Then when anyone
creates a meeting, they just add this account as
a "resource". So long as the account is set up to "auto-
accept" meeting requests, their system will tell them
wether or not the resource was booked successfully.

This also gives people the ability to view a conference
room's calendar to see if it is available.

Also, we gave our Office Admin staff "ownership" of the
account so that they can go in and override a booking if
a VIP needs the room.

So far, it is working like a charm.

Please note: It wasn't me who set this up, so don't quote
me on exaclty how this works, but it seems to be working
just fine.
