Conditionally formatting bar charts

I am working on a layout report of my fuel station that shows each pump, the
related tank, and a product type. Inserted onto the report is a chart that
shows the level (percent) of each tank. The pump/tank number text boxes are
conditionally formatted to change color depending on the product type
selected when completing the related form. Is it possible to also format the
bars in the chart to change color to match the text box formats?
This doesn't happen too often, and I am used to doing it manually in the
Excel version I am currently using. I'm really not expecting this to be
possible, but if someone blows me away with a way to do it, I would be
impressed and grateful.
Thanks, as always
Jim
