Conditional formatting

I want to change font when a cell takes a certain value from a formula, but
in the conditional formatting box the font selection is ghosted out. Any tips
on how I can do this?
 
Hi,

Change the Font or the Font Size is not allows in conditional formatting.
You can change only those elements that are not fuzzed out. The only
solution would be to write a VBA macro to solve this problem.
