Conditional Formatting

I am trying to create a conditional formula that highlight
every number that is less than 0 in red. I have five
columns and over 200 rows with numbers in it.

How would I do this?

Select all the cells you want. Then, in Conditional Formatting, select
"Cell value is", "Less than", then type 0. Then click "Format" and
change the font to red.

(You can also do this using the Format Cells sub-menu, under Format)
