Conditional formatting question

I know this has been answered meny times but I can't put my hands on it right
now. Using Excel 2003, how do I make a cell a certain color based on a
condition? For example, if a1="Frame Package",{color it green},no color. I
don't know what to put in for the color if the condition is met.
