Conditional Formatting Equation Question

Greetings,

I am trying to get a Conditional Format to do something if there is
"NO" entry in A2.

Any ideas as to what this formula would look like?

Any help would be appreciated.

=A2="NO"

or, if by "NO" entry, you mean a blank cell:

=A2=""

OPPS! I must have had a "Blond" moment there (and I ain't even
