Conditional formating

I want to format a cell so that if its equal to 0, it
turns one color, if its greater than or equal to 1 it
turns one color, or if it's between 0 and 1 it turns one
color. I cannot get the between 0 and 1 part to work. Can
anyone help. Thanks.
