Conditional Formating

Troy

I'm trying to put a conditional formatting on cel B7.

What I want is if B7 = 9,10,12,or 13 then color cells
A7,B7,C7,D7,E7,F7,G7,and H7 in gray. I can have 3
conditions which would be the 9, 10, and 12 but I need 1
more condition which would be the 13, any suggestions?

Hi Troy,

You can do that all under one condition:

Select the range A7:H7
Conditional Formatting>Formula Is

=OR($B7=9,$B7=10,$B7=12,$B7=13)

Select the formats you want.

ok, goto the "format, Condional formatting" then on the left you ca
select "sell value is" or change it to "forumla is", select foruml
is.... and simpley type on the right hand side B1=10, and set th
format to what ever colour, or font / style.

remember to click on the relative cell you want this format to work in
in your case perhaps.... A1..

Hope this helps
