concurrent RAS operations?

hi,
i am currently running win2k pro. does anyone know if it is
possible to run more than one instance of windows RAS at
any given time?
i've tried to get two serial devices to simultaneaously run
on my 2 com ports, with an instance of a vendor supplied
generic null modem program, without success.
i think win2k only allows one instance of ras to run at any
one time, but i'm not sure.
any info from anybody will be greatly appreciated!

W2k Pro will only accept one incoming connection of each type. So it
will accept one direct cable (null modem) and one VPN simultaneously, but
not two of the same type.
