Computer won't start up

I am currently on my brother's computer. Mine isn't
working anymore, I don't know what's wrong. Yesterday, I
had to restart my computer because it was totally frozen.
Then, because I haven't shut down my computer properly, a
screen appeared where is written stuff like

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with networking
Start with the last known configuration
Start windows normally

With any option I choose the computer freezes. Is there
anyway to fix it.
