Last time I started my computer it asked "do you want anyone else to use the
computer" or something like that. I clicked on "no".
But now when I enter my password in the log-on screen it won't take it and I
know I'm using the right password.
What can I do?

Thanks for any help.

If you didn't set a password for original Administrator account you can
do this:
Restart computer and continuously tap the F8 key.
This should get you into menu and navigate to safe mode
Click safe mode then click XP [the OS installed}
Click yes on the pop up window[read first]
This will then show an Admin account and your named account.
Click Admin not your account. If it don't ask for password then it will
load in safe mode.
Then go to control panel and click user accounts.
Click your named account and in menu click delete password.
Then you can create password.
Reboot computer and check your account to see if it works.

Hi,

If you are having problems with your password you can reset it using
Active@ Password Changer utility. It is a really useful tool that
always worked for me. It is powerful yet easy to use and can quickly
perform the operation. Give it a try.
