Computer with Window 2000 too slow

Hi,
my computer (2.4GHz) with Window2000 used to be fast. but recently it is
very slow, even I only have one small WORD file open without any other
applications. With window Task Manager's Processes screen, I saw it is due
to "Services.exe", which periodically takes 99% of the CPU time. My computer
must have been hacked.

Any one know what to do on the "Service.exe" so that my computer can run as
normal? Any suggestion is welcome!
