Computer starts up by itself.

My PC starts up by itself. I hear there is a way of stopping this by going
into bis at bootup? If so, can I get the details?
 
You may have enabled start from NIC ( Network Interface Card ) in the
Bios. Or Keyboard etc. On startup hold down the
delete key to see if it takes you into the Bios. If you still have the
manual that came with the computer it will tell you there. If
not then go online and try the manufacturers website.
