Computer shutdown

I am not shure if my problem belongs in this place.
My computer (a laptop from Medion) doesn't shut down
properly anymore.
The las screen says 'Windows will shut down now' (windows
wordt afgesloten) but this screen remains to be seen and
I have to hold my power key long, in order to turn the
power down.
Where can I find a solution?
