I doubt that running the Flash player is causing this problem. First,
disable the automatic restart so you can get the Stop Error (blue
screen). Do this by opening the System applet in Control Panel and go
to Advanced>Startup and Recovery>Settings and under System Failure
uncheck "Automatically Restart". Now if you get the Stop Error, write
down the complete error message and post it to this thread.
You haven't given us any information about your computer's hardware, if
this problem always occurred (if not, what changed?) or your Service
Pack level so it's impossible to answer you more specifically. Other
things to check/do:
1. Update your video card drivers. Get the drivers from either the video
card mftr.'s website or, if your computer is an OEM machine (Dell,
Sony, HP, etc.) from the OEM's website for your exact model.
2. Make sure your computer is 100% spyware and virus-free. If you need
help in doing this, post back.
