Computer Restarts While on Internet

While using a broadband connection, does not happen with
dial-up, computer will restart while surfing the net. I
have checked the fans and they seem to be working well. I
get the following error:

SP : 1_0 Product : 768_1

Any thoughts?

Could be you video card, directX issues check it out.
