Hi, I just put together a new computer, and it seems to randomly restart
itself without warning or explanation. I can force it by playing all my
music and video programs at the same time, but other times it will just go
without warning as well (such as when I use Fruityloops).
Since this is possibly a hardware thing, I am using a Athelon AMD 3000xp 333
barton processor, a radeon 9600XT video card, ddr400 ram (1 gig), and the
mother board is a "VIA KT400A ASROCK K7VT4A+ RTL". The power source should
be strong enough to support whatever.
After the crash it tells me "System has recovered from a serious error"
viewing details of this it says "BCCode: 1000050 BCP1: FF9E0001 BCP2:
00000000 BCP3: FF9E0001 BCP4: 00000000 OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 2_0
Product: 256_1
It also said the following files will be included in the report
"C:\Documents\ChocoTaco\LocalSettings\Temp\WER79e5.dir00\Mini121104-03.dmp"
and
"C:\Documents\ChocoTaco\LocalSettings\Temp\WER79e5.dir00\sysdata.xml"
If anyone has any ideas of what is going on, please tell me. Also, I can
post the code from the sysdata file if need be. Thank you
