Computer Restarts Itself

I Have Windows XP Pro SP1, and every so often my computer
restarts itself for no intire reason, i have checked it
for viruses using norton antivirus 2004 and using trend-
micro internet security 2004 and also i have used webroot
spysweeper and come back clean and im using blueyonder
broadband, what seems to be the
problem?

Right click My Computer,, Properties, Advanced, under Startup and Recovery
click Settings, uncheck "Automatically Restart" and uncheck "Send an
administrative alert"

I know that often times a bad or underpowered power supply will make a machine randomly restart. It took me forever to track down the problem

Try again with your AV and make sure you have the latest
definitions that inclued the NEW worm sasser!

If this has only just started in the last few days it may
be the sasser worm, or one of the variants.
