Computer restarts instead of Shutting down

Hello everyone,

I have a computer that will not shut down when I go to
Programs/Shutdown/Shutdown, instead it restarts
everytime. Any idea why this is doing this?

Right click on My Computer. Go to Properties/Advanced/Startup and Recovery.
Remove the check from "automatically restart"

Your computer is crashing upon shutdown and restarting automatically. Now
you will see a blue screen of death (BSOD). Write down the error message and
post it here for help.
