Computer restarting by itself

After coming out of sleep mode, about after the 10 times, the computer just
decides to restart. Actually it dosent restart correct it just shuts off and
then turns back on. Is that regular procedure? Is there some thing wrong?

Disable automatic restart on system failure (on SP2): Press F8 on restart,
and see the menu item to disable auto restart. Restart, and when the STOP
message appears, record information needed for further troubleshooting.
