Computer reboots with flash drive

Whenever I connect my flash drive to the USB port the
computer just keeps rebooting, but the flash drive works
fine on another computer running Windows XP. I have Win2k SP4.

What can be wrong?

I've got the same problem, plug the flash drive in, system reboots
over and over again until you pull it out.

Only happens on one W2K Pro (SP4). All other W2K both pro and
servers, it works fine.

Has anybody got any ideas where I should be looking?
