Computer reboots when I insert older CD-ROMs.

I have a few older CDs with card games on them. Hoyle
Spades and Hoyle Hearts. When I insert the CDs into my
drive it reboots my computer. Both of my drives are DVD,
one a read only, the other a read/write DVD.

What could possibly be causing this?

In control panel ---system---advanced what is error recovery set to?
Reboot on error???????

Yes it was. Does this automattically perform a hard
reboot of the system? No error messages asking to reboot?

What gives?
