my computer keeps shuting down after i have been on the

It's a new virus called blaster. Information:

You need the patch described here to protect against it:

Problem is, you needed to install the patch BEFORE you got infected to avoid
it.

Easy to fix, no damage to your pc, don't sweat it, just follow the
instructions at symantec(blaster worm), you may need to download the fix
from a good pc somewhere, after your fix just make sure you keep you ms
updates(critical) implemented regularly, also xp home comes with a fire
wall, enable it. keep anti virus up todate.
