Computer Rebooting

The computer works fine until I dial into my ISP, then
after about 5 minutes I get a message like

"Genenic Host Process for Win32 Services". It then gives
me one minute and then reboots.

Any ideas?

It seems your system is infected by RPC (W32.Blaster) Worm.
