Computer Problems

I turn on my computer and notice that my internet isn't
functioning. I shut down my computer and see that two
processes are causing problems with my computer. My
computer now shuts down slower and i have to press the
shut down button about 3 times before it actually shuts
down.

The two processes are HPOTDD01 and HPOHMR08. I am
wondering if these processes are affecting my computer.

Those are for your HP printer. You might want to try uninstalling your
printer software and seeing if that fixes it. If it does check with HP for
an updated version or just try reinstalling it and maybe that will take care
of it.
