I have 300 Windows xp workstations that were previously
part of a AD win2k network in a school. These
workstations also had a number of local policies
installed to limit user access if the network logon was
bypassed. I have since purchased a new win 2003 server
and have joined the workstations to the new domain. My
problem is that the computer (as distinct from user)
policies are not being deployed successfully from the
server. Any clues? I would prefer not to rebuild the
workstations from scratch as they have a large number of
software packages installed that would take considerable
time.
