I bought a display model computer which had already been
set up with someone else's name as owner. How can I change
it to my name?

Open the Registry Editor (Start - Run - type Regedit and click OK). In the
left hand pane, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion. Click CurrentVersion and in the right hand pane locate
RegisteredOwner and RegisteredOrganization. For each, double click and
enter the correct information. Close Regedit.
