For quite some time, my computer was visible to the rest of the computers on
my network.
After being part of a different network for some time and then reconnecting
to this
network, however, it is not visible on the other connected computers. I can
manually
connect to it via smb:\\computername\, but it is not being totally visible.

Mainly, I'm looking if there is possibly something that might be wrong in my
network
settings.

(Oh, btw... the other computers are connected through something called ASUS
WiFi@Home,
which makes my computer work as a wireless router, but this same problem
occurs when
the computers are connected by wire.)

Any help greatly appreciated.

One of the most common causes of this problem would be a misconfigured or
overlooked personal firewall, or other security component. There are several
other possibilities too, and any might be the cause of your problem. Read this

For more direct help, provide "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from each
computer (your problem computer, and at least 2 others), so we can diagnose the
problem. Read this article, and linked articles, and follow instructions
precisely (download browstat!):
