Missing Local Users and Groups under computer management.
How can I find Administrative tools(Security missing from
control panel in admin tools) and reload this, not sure
how it went missing?
 
Are you using PRO? If not you don't have that option in Home. I could be
wrong I'm sitting at my Pro box.
 
Just checked my XP Home PC and there is no option for Security under the
Administrator tools.
 
I am not sure if this is the right answer to your
question, but in WinXP Home, to access the console, it's
Start>>Run>>Open>>MMC (Microsoft Management Console) Then
it's
File>>Add/Remove Snap-in>>Standalone>>Add (choose the item
you want)
Then select level of user access and if correct, it'll
show up in Start>>Programs>>Administrative Tools and all
the snap-ins you loaded will be there. Sorry if this
doesn't address your question.
