computer management access denied error

Hi,

When i right click my computer and selects manage, it gives an error
access denied.

but when i try from control panel->Administrative Tools->Computer
Management its working.

Event compmgmt.msc is also working from start->run

any solutions to this error, friends help me

Error "Access is Denied " while selecting "Manage" from the My Computer
context menu:
