I have a user whose computer is locking up really bad when it goes IDLE. A few weeks ago after tired of troubleshooting I gave him a new PC (Both the old and the new are DELL) Well that fixed it for about a week or two. Still ocking up, sometimes the windos will look funny (e.g. maximiza, minimize, and close buttons will no be shown) Oh, and he just reported having an issue with both Outlook and another app
My boss sugested that it could be something that was installed in that computer, but I don't see anything unusuall in it. I think it could be one of these two

User related. Some kind of permission or Group tha he's member of (have not checked, but will do right away
Windows Security Updates. This started happening after we implemented SUS in our network. He's the only one with issues, though.

Look for malware (spyware, viruses, etc.) that may have gotten in due to
user's browsing habits. It seems to me that if it was policy related it
would not wait for two weeks to show up, however accumulated malware can
cause things like that.
