Computer locked

When I want to put the computer in 'standby' mode the computer will go into
standby mode the automatically restarts. The sign in box comes up with the
following message 'only Your A13CAZ*****/r pr am Administrator can unlock.
I just press enter and the computer starts up again. I have to turn it off
as it wont stay on 'stand by' mode.
I am the only person who has use of the computer.

It's not actually turning off. It's "locking" the computer (sort of like a
screensaver password.)

Right click on the desktop, choose Properties, go to the Screensaver tab,
and uncheck "On resume, password protect"

The on resume check box is 'not checked,.
It never has been as I dont use a screen saver.

Right click the Desktop, select Properties, Screen Saver, Power. Go to the Advanced tab. Uncheck the option to require a password after resuming from standby.
