computer keeps freezing

I just got rid of a blast.worm and a worm.spybot and I
thought i was ok, but my bloody computer keeps freezing,
it always happens about 3 or 4 mins after i turn it on.
when i turn it off it wont even turn back on until like 15
minutes. HELP!!

Hi Reed!

you look at the event viewer.Control panel > here look
for application error logs.
scan your system with latest virus definitioned antivirus.
If you can't trace out the error causing problem then go
for a "repair xp"
