computer keep rebooting

after fixing a few problems with my computer now when I
power up it POSTs and verifies my BIOS settings but
instead of loading windows it reboots. what is causing
the reboots and how do I fix it?

What problems were you having that you fixed? Check and ensure all your
connections are firmly seated including your RAM modules. Do you hear any
beep codes? If so check here http://www.pcguide.com/ts/x/sys/beep/ or
consult your motherboard manual.
Is there any error message displayed before the system restarts?
Did you make any changes to your BIOS settings is so set them back.
